بياناتك تبقى على جهازك
كل ما تدخله في معيار (الأصناف والوصفات والمكونات والأسعار والمبيعات والمصاريف والتقارير) يُحفظ على جهازك فقط، ولا نرفعه لأي خادم ولا نطّلع عليه. لا يوجد حساب مستخدم ولا تسجيل دخول.
الاتصالات التي يجريها البرنامج
- فحص التحديثات: نسخة التحميل المباشر وموقع الويب يقرآن ملف رقم الإصدار من GitHub. لا يُرسل معه شيء من بياناتك. نسخة متجر مايكروسوفت لا تفحص التحديثات بنفسها؛ المتجر يحدّثها.
- ربط الكاشير (اختياري): إذا فعّلت الربط المباشر مع نظام الكاشير، يقرأ البرنامج مبيعاتك منه مباشرة إلى جهازك برمز الربط الذي تدخله، ولا يمر ذلك بخوادمنا.
- مفتاح الاشتراك: يُتحقق منه على جهازك دون اتصال. قد يرتبط المفتاح برمز يُحسب من جهازك حتى لا يعمل على أجهزة غيرك، وهذا الرمز لا يكشف أي معلومة شخصية. ويقرأ البرنامج كل بضع ساعات قائمة المفاتيح الملغاة (عند استرجاع المبلغ) من GitHub، دون أن يرسل شيئاً من بياناتك.
الاشتراك والدفع
يتم الاشتراك عبر محادثة بوت معيار في تيليجرام: تُرسل اسم منشأتك ثم تدفع عبر صفحة بوابة دفع إلكتروني سعودية، ويصلك المفتاح في المحادثة فور نجاح الدفع. تتم معالجة الدفع كاملاً في صفحة البوابة، ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك، ولا نحتفظ منها بشيء. نحتفظ باسم المنشأة ومعرّف تيليجرام ورقم الطلب وتاريخ الاشتراك لإصدار المفاتيح وتجديدها والرد على الدعم فقط، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها. لا يجمع البرنامج أي بيانات بطاقات بنكية.
ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع ولا تحليلات استخدام ترسل بياناتك.
- لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها مع طرف ثالث.
مسؤوليتك عن النسخة الاحتياطية
لأن البيانات على جهازك، فحذفها أو ضياع الجهاز يُفقدها. احفظ نسخة احتياطية من «بياناتي» بانتظام في مكان آمن.

Your data stays on your device
Everything you enter in Miyar (items, recipes, ingredients, prices, sales, expenses and reports) is stored on your device only. We do not upload it to any server and we cannot see it. There is no user account and no sign-in.
Connections the app makes
- Update check: the direct download and the web app read the version file from GitHub. None of your data is sent with it. The Microsoft Store edition does not check for updates itself; the Store updates it.
- POS link (optional): if you turn on the cloud link to your point-of-sale system, the app reads your sales from it straight to your device with the token you enter. Nothing passes through our servers.
- Subscription key: checked on your device without a connection. A key may be bound to a code derived from your device so it only works on your devices; the code reveals nothing personal. Every few hours the app also reads the list of cancelled keys (after a refund) from GitHub, sending none of your data.
Subscription and payment
You subscribe through the Miyar bot on Telegram: you send your business name, then pay on the page of a Saudi online payment gateway, and the key arrives in the chat as soon as the payment succeeds. The payment is handled entirely on the gateway's page, we never receive your card details and keep none of them. We keep the business name, Telegram ID, order number and subscription dates only to issue and renew keys and to answer support, and we never sell or share them. The app collects no card details.
What we don't do
- No ads, trackers or usage analytics that send your data.
- We don't sell or share any data with third parties.
Your backups
Because the data is on your device, deleting it or losing the device loses it. Download a backup from My data regularly and keep it somewhere safe.
